I have lived in the States for 20 years. We have friends there, a group, and one of our friends is French. We argue about wine, purely friendly, whether Bulgarian or French wine is better. We arrange themed evenings where we taste wines, chat and enjoy the company. When I presented some Bulgarian wines for the first time, our friend - the Frenchman exclaimed "So many good wines, of so low price!"

Franc

A matter of maturity

Aging more than a year – the process refines the taste and the way the wine feels.

Moderate contact with several types of oak.

Bright and alive ruby colour, intense flavours and aromas – red forest fruits are destinguished, pepper, some smokiness and sense of a leather, hints of oak and tobacco sweetness could be found as well

A fascinating wine, with a pleasant finish and a memorable aftertaste.
Pairs well with aged cheeses, meats or on its own.

forest fruits and oak, complemented by hints of roasted blue plums, are just some of the flavour
experiences you can enjoy.
